HOW IT WORKS + ORDER
1. opdracht plaatsen
Als u een opdracht wilt plaatsen, dan kunt u ons een mail sturen of bellen.
benodigde informatie:
-Naam en data beurs + stad
-Naam exposant
-Hal – en standnummer
-Film? Fotografie? Beide?
-Indicatie aantal foto’s
-info stand met of zonder mensen gefotografeerd
-evt. extra wensen (bijv. specifieke data of tijdstippen, groepsportretten, productfotografie e.d.)
1. Auftrag erteilen
Wollen Sie uns einen Auftrag erteilen, senden Sie uns eine Email oder rufen Sie uns an.
Nötige Informationen:
- Name, Datum und Ort der Messe
- Name des Austellers
- Halle- und Standnummer
- Film? Fotografie? Beide?
- Angabe zur Anzahl der Fotos
- Informationen darüber, ob Sie die Standfotos mit oder ohne Menschen wünschen
- Sonderwünsche (z. B. bestimmte Daten oder Uhrzeiten, Gruppenportraits, Produktfotografie etc.)
1. Place an order
To place an order, call or e-mail us with the following information:
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
-Name and date of the Fair, and City
-Name of the Exhibitor
-Hall and Stand Number
-Film? Photography? BoTH?
-Estimated amount of photos
-Do you prefer photos with or without people
-Any extra requests (E.g. specific dates or times, group portraits, product photography, etc)
2. fotografie/FILM
-Wij zorgen ervoor op het juiste moment bij uw stand(s) aanwezig te zijn:
‘s Ochtends vroeg of na sluitingstijd als u foto’s zonder mensen wilt, op een druk moment als u foto’s van een drukbevolkte stand wilt. We melden ons altijd van te voren bij de contactpersoon c.q standhouder.
-De foto’s worden gemaakt. Tenzij anders afgesproken maken we altijd meer foto’s dan geïndiceerd. Zo hebt u een ruime keuze. U betaalt alleen voor de foto’s die u uiteindelijk kiest.
2. fotografie/FILM
– Wir stellen sicher, dass wir zur richtigen Zeit an Ihrem Stand/Ihren Ständen sind: Frühmorgens oder nach der Schließung, sollten Sie Fotos ohne Menschen möchten. Zu Stoßzeiten, sollten Sie Fotos von einem vollen Stand möchten. Wir melden uns immer vorab bei Ansprechpartner bzw. Aussteller.
-Am Platz werden nun die Fotos genommen. Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, machen wir immer mehr Fotos als zuvor angegeben. Dadurch entsteht für Sie eine große Auswahl. Zahlen werden Sie letztendlich nur für die Fotos, die Sie auswählen. –
2. Photography/FILM
-We will be at your stands at the correct time:
-Early morning or after closing for pictures without people, at a busy moment if the stand needs to be full. We always first check in with our contact person at the stand or with the exhibitor.
-The photographs are made. We will always shoot more than the estimate so you will have ample choice. You only pay for the photo’s you order.
3. selectie, bewerking, verzending
-Alle gemaakte foto’s worden -nog onbewerkt- aan u gemaild in de vorm van een pdf. U kiest uw favoriete foto’s uit en mailt ons de nummers daarvan. Ons team professionele retouchers zorgt dat uw stand er fantastisch uitziet.
-We mailen u uw selectie, in high en low-res. Via We Transfer.
3. Auswahl, Bearbeitung, Versand
-Alle aufgenommenen Fotos werden Ihnen – noch unbearbeitet – als PDF per Email zugesendet. Sie treffen Ihre Auswahl und mailen uns die Nummern der von Ihnen gewählten Fotos. Unser Team, bestehend aus professionellen Retuschierern bearbeitet nun Ihre Auswahl und sorgt dafür, dass Ihr Messestand großartig aussieht.
-Wir senden Ihnen Ihre Auswahl in High- und Low-Res via WeTransfer.
Selection, retouch, delivery
-All the photographs are sent to you in a pdf in original state. You choose your favourites and mail us the numbers. Our professional retouchers make the stands look even more fabulous.
-We mail you your selection in high and low resolution via Wetransfer.
4. Factuur via mail
-U ontvangt een factuur per mail.
